Parking Instructions.
IMPORTANT: Parking is limited. Please verify availability before your arrival. Parking on-site with The Guild is $20/night.

The Guid City Center is located in the AMLI on 2nd building at 421 W 3rd St, Austin, TX 78701.
The parking garage entrance is located at 213 San Antonio St.
Drive up to the stall on the far right.
At the kiosk, press the button for a ticket slip.
IMPORTANT: keep this ticket slip. You will use this at your final departure from the garage. There will be a sticker in your room to place on this ticket to avoid any additional fees.
During your stay, you will use a parking card to enter and exit the garage, which you will find in your room.
Follow the flow of traffic to the right.
Park in any unreserved spot on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th level.
Locate the blue door next to the garage level number sign.
Locate the touchscreen callbox to the right of the door.
Press the ‘Delivery & The Guild’ button, then ‘OK’.
Enter the touchscreen building code (provided via text or email).
During your stay you will scan the keycard found in your room, on the reader on the left side of the callbox.
Take the elevators down to the ground level.
Exit the elevators and locate the touchscreen callbox to the right of the elevators.
On the touchscreen callbox, re-enter the touchscreen building code.
Call the elevator to go up.
Press the floor number of your room inside the elevator.
During your stay you will scan the keycard found in your room, on the reader inside the elevators.
For further assistance during business hours, feel free to stop by our concierge desk on the ground level just outside of the elevators!
Exit the elevator on your floor and follow the way-finding signage to your room number.
At your door, press the ‘Schlage’ button at the top of the keypad.
Enter in your room code (provided via text or email).
A green checkmark should appear and your door will unlock.
On the counter, you will find the following items:
Building keycard - access the building entrances, elevator, and amenities
Parking card - access to enter and exit the garage during your stay
Parking sticker - to place on your parking ticket for your final departure from the garage.
IMPORTANT: if you are parking, please text us your license plate so we can register your car. Parking on-site is $20/night.
