Important Details

• Check-in starts at 4 PM. At this time we cannot guarantee early arrival, but we are happy to hold luggage, get you parked and on your way enjoying our amenities or the city.

• Check-out is at 11 AM. At this time we are not offering late check-outs.

• Universal Wifi - "The Guild" (no password)

• We are not currently offering housekeeping at this time for the health safety of our team. We are happy to drop off new towels + bedding if needed!

• We are contactless and utilize The Guild | Elm St App + Virtual Key. Physical keys will be placed in-room for you to utilize during your stay.

Arrival

1601 Elm St., Dallas, TX 75201

Check-in starts at 4 PM.

We are located on the top two floors (49th + 50th) of the Santander Tower. During business hours, you can enter the building off of Elm Street or Pacific Street without utilizing your key or the keypad. If arriving after hours, you will need your virtual key, or the key code texted to you with your room details!

Once in the building, you will want to head towards the elevators that note 48th floor. You will need to utilize the touch pad near the elevator, and await until it tells you which elevator to take (A,B,C…). Once on the 48th floor, there will be another set of elevators that note The Guild - these are our private elevators. These elevators require opening your virtual key, and scanning at the reader, then you will be able to select your floor.

Mobile Key

As a contactless hotel, we do utilize virtual keys. We encourage you to confirm your reservation via our app sooner rather than later. You can download our app now via Google or Apple.

Your key will not be active until your suite is ready.

Parking

Parking is available for $30 per night. You must register your vehicle prior to parking.

1. As you approach Santander Tower, be in the right lane (Elm Street is a one way)

2. You will see a light for Stone Place Crosswalk. Right before the light is the entrance to our garage. It is below Santander Tower, so you will be going down to enter!

3. At the gate, you will want to scan your virtual card for entrance

4. Follow the signs, and park anywhere on B3 in an unreserved spot

5. Proceed to the garage elevator bay and Press “1” on the touchscreen panel to go to the main building lobby.

Departure

Check-out is at 11 AM.

There’s nothing you need to do except text us that you’ve departed and be on your way. But if you’d like you can:

• Help the environment and leave your room key in your room and we’ll recycle it for you!

• While you’re at it you can leave us your feedback and help The Guild Hotels enhance your next visit.

Leaving the Parking Garage

Your virtual key will get you out of the garage, no need to take your physical room key!

1. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor.

2. Proceed to the garage elevators, and take to B3 on the touch screen

3. Follow signs towards exit

4. Using the lane on the right, scan your mobile key on the reader

5. Head out and Safe travels!

Your virtual key will deactivate at 12 PM, please exit the garage prior to this time.
